This week we finalized the project evaluation report, and small group evaluation of the formative evaluations. We completed our exit interview with Dr. Weaver. Final we are done with this project. Though we spent a lot of time and effort for this project, it is a extremely rewarding experience. Learning is a process and a journey, not a destination.
Exit interview with Dr. Weaver was a great learning experience. We utilized Google hangout for our exit interview. Each of the team members complemented each other for their outstanding contribution and hard work. Jennifer, project manager, mention that our client was very satisfied with every aspect of the overall project except the communication aspect. This is a lesson learned that there is nothing call over communication but there is always a risk of under communication.
Learning project management process and learning how to work successfully in team set up are two of the essential skill sets for any profession. To master these skill set one needs both pedagogical backbone and practical experiences. I am seeing progress from both of these ends slowly but steadily! Finally, learning is a continuous journey, not the destination!
